PST's
new "E-Series" are the new replacements for the
venerable PST low pressure cylinders. The "E-Series"
tanks have an operating pressure of 3422 psi/230 bar. The
length and diameter are the same as the older LP models
(and, of course, the exclusive hot-dipped galvanized finish
has not changed), but two pounds have been shaved from the
tare weight. As a result, buoyancy will move closer to zero
but will remain negative when empty-- much like the legendary
PST 104s from years ago.
The
LP 104 cylinder has been replaced by the E8-130: the new
design allows the cylinders to be filled to 130 cf without
the need for a "plus rating" for overfilling.

The Halcyon Manifold features a full length double barrel
o-ring sealing post, and comes assembled with raised-rib
rubber handwheels. The Halcyon manifold fits tanks with
3/4-14 thread and includes 3300psi pressure relief disks
(PRD) required for use within the United States.
Thanks to a new casting utilized by both versions of the
manifold, Halcyon's "H" logo is now sculpted into
the body of each valve. All Halcyon manifolds are assembled
with Viton o-rings and oxygen-compatible lubricants.

Highland
Millwork's tank bands are life insurance for your investment
in tanks and valves. Highland's approach to quality mirrors
that of Halcyon: Highland has built its reputation
on atypical quality, uniqueness, ruggedness and durability.
All Highland bands are TIG fusion welded, passivated and
polished for maximum corrosion resistance. Bands are tank
and manifold-specific. If you don't know which bands to
order, contact
us.
