Light & Motion innovation continues with the compact Tetra housing. Tetra housings are built to accommodate Olympus’ compact digital cameras including the 5 megapixel 5060 and the recently introduced 7.1 megapixel 7070. Specify camera when ordering.

Tetra is a compact full featured housing that provides access to most camera controls in a user friendly layout. Housing provides access to the LCD screen for instant feedback and accurate subject composition. Multiple lens options are available including Wide Angle Lens that delivers an astounding 95 degrees of coverage, as well as a wetmate macro, underwater changeable lens system.

Tetra includes the newest version of the ROC strobe controller. The new ROC features a double flash exposure system that monitors and duplicates the camera pre-flash and actual flash sequence with compatible strobes. A pre-flash from the underwater strobe is a more accurate way for the camera to judge exposure; just like the camera's built in flash system. ROC also allows for full manual exposure and provides for 12 manual adjustments on most TTL compatible strobes. Tetra is available as a solo housing or as a complete Travel Package system featuring one or two strobes, Wetlink flash connectors, accessories and custom case. Also available is the Classic Light System which aids in the autofocus on your digital still camera.

Lenses
The Tetra 7070 includes a flat port with external bayonet mounting details. The Tetra 7070 wide-angle lens maximizes the Olympus 7070 camera lens to delivery an astounding 95 degrees coverage underwater! If tiny is your bag then go with the bayonet mount Tetra Wetmate Macro Lens and capture the little critters in their tiny world.

ROC/Electronics

ROC is a revolutionary new strobe control device that is built into the Tetra 7070 housing. The ROC system for the Tetra 7070 housing utilizes a double-flash TTL like exposure control. In addition, ROC also features 12 manual power settings.

The Tetra 7070 ROC double-flash system monitors and duplicates the cameras pre-flash and actual flash sequence with compatible strobes. Your underwater strobe will actually DOUBLE-FLASH. A preflash from the underwater strobe is more accurate and intuitive for the camera to judge exposure. The camera will evaluate the strobe preflash and adjust the actual flash accordingly. Just like the camera's built-in flash system!

If you want to shoot in full Manual, ROC will allow you to manually adjust most TTL compatible strobes up or down in 12 half stop increments. The LED panel provides constant feedback as to what level the strobes are set. Combine these exclusive ROC features along with the instant feedback of digital photography and getting that perfect shot is made easy.

Travel Packages
The Tetra Travel Packages were designed to provide a complete system that is compact and travel ready. The Tetra Travel Packages are the thoughtful combination of the Tetra housing, Wetlink sync cord system, strobe, strobe arm, tray, focus light and custom travel case. All you need now is to book the flight and get on a plane.

There are two options available. Travel Package 1 includes the Tetra housing, one Wetlink bulkhead, one Wetlink sync cord, one Ultralight arm, one strobe, Tetra modeling light, O-ring kit and custom case. Travel Package 2 is a dual strobe system that includes all of the above, but adds a second Wetlink bulkhead, Wetlink sync cord, Ultralight arm and strobe. Regardless of which package you choose, the Tetra Travel Packages provide a complete system allowing you to focus on the task at hand; shooting great images and enjoying the underwater experience.
