The Brownie's Third Lung™ Direct Drive Commercial Series is the new "Reference Standard" for performance in the Bahamas and Caribbean for harvesting lobster and conch under harsh conditions.

The Direct Drive Commercial Series Hookahs are designed for deck-mounted compressor use. They do not include flotation tubes. Optional accumulators are available for both units to provide temporary breathing pressure during dives in which breathing rates exceed the pressure that can be delivered by the compressor.

The Explorer C-270 is equipped with Brownie's™ special twin head direct drive compressor and the ever-reliable 4 hp engine. It is capable of an output of 9 cfm, FAD. The C-270 weighs 49 pounds and measures 17" X 17" X 17" with the intake removed.

The Explorer C-390 is equipped with Brownie's™ special twin head direct drive Optional Air Accumulator compressor and a reliable 4-cycle OHV gasoline engine. It is capable of an output of 18 cfm, FAD. The C-390 weighs 59 pounds and measures 15" X 15" X 15" with the intake removed. The C-390 is capable of a 3 hour run-time.

Commercial System Deluxe packages include Brownie's™ patented Drop Weight Cummerbelts™ with quick release weight pockets.

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE*
Maintenance is very simple, requiring a rebuild kit installation every 100-200 hours. The rebuild kit is included in the Care Kit or can be purchased separately. One kit is required for each compressor head.

Compressor Head Rebuild Kit
General maintenance rebuild kit for direct drive compressors includes: piston sleeve, cup, cap, screw, o-ring, gasket, two valve restraints, four flapper valves, and two screws.

Note: One rebuild kit is needed for each compressor head.

CTD390 Portable Commercial Power Set-up for 2 divers	CTD 390 DUPLEX The Ultimate Commercial Unit Set-up for 2 divers

The CTD390 series is the choice of professionals around the world. With the dependable 4-cycle OHV gasoline engine and Auto Downloaders these units are ready for extended work days. Twin Accumulators are mated with each compressor to ensure a constant air supply.

The 390 includes the Twin Piston Direct Drive compressor powered by a 4-cycle OHV gasoline engine. Twin six gallon accumulator tanks with pressure gauge and an Auto Downloader. The unit is set in a vibration free aluminum frame. The 390 comes set-up for two divers including two 150' hoses, two regulators, two drop weight Cummerbelts, quick release swivel fittings, remote intake, and a reusable inline filter.

The CTD 390 DUPLEX includes two complete systems described above mounted in a structural aluminum cage with wheels. It comes set-up for two divers.

Because these units are designed for deeper diving, the Drop Weight Cummerbelt™ and Egressor™ Scuba System should be used for the ultimate in bailout safety. Both of these items are avalible as options.
